Client Intake
If you’re ready to explore the benefits of Mindset Coaching and how I can help, you should schedule your first call with me. Discovery Calls last up to 60 minutes. Before this call, you will complete a brief questionnaire so that I can get to know a little about you before our first session. Let’s make the most of our time together.
Discovery Calls for New Clients are a Must
For us to find out if we are a good fit for one another, participating in a Discovery Call is a prerequisite to future Coaching sessions to ensure that we can communicate with one another freely. Good communication is essential to our relationship and will be the foundation for your progress. For many of my clients, coaching is a deeply personal and private experience. Your privacy is my priority.
What You Can Expect
Personal growth from a stabilizing foundation. I am going to listen to you and I am going to challenge you. I'm going to be one of your greatest champions, and I am going to teach you how to be one too. You are going to feel passionate about your life and begin achieving your goals again. Manifestation is finally within reach. You are going to learn how to navigate the swells that are inherently a part of life.
Deep Dive/Discovery Call
60 minutes / $150.00
We will discuss your present in relation to your past, as well as your future. We will also identify some self-limiting factors that are currently working against you. You will leave the Session with an increase in self-awareness and clarity about what you want your next steps to be, as well as with the confidence to start taking them.
Following this Session, I will email you with notes and insights from our discussion, and recommendations for future Coaching Sessions or a future Coaching Package that suits you.
Preservation Session
60 minutes / $100.00
Follow-Ups / Check-Ins. It's easy to get caught in the ebbs. Feeling stressed? No worries, I can help you get back on your flow. These are a la carte sessions and are only available once you've completed our Deep Dive Session.
Swell (12 weeks)
$1725.00
Scheduled weekly check-in service consisting of 12 Preservation sessions, along with complete email correspondence. Additionally, I am available for 3 emergency calls as needed. Emergency calls must be scheduled at least four hours in advance via email.
Bail Session/Emergency
45 minutes / $125.00
Life happens. If you're feeling lost out there in the swell, for whatever reason, schedule an emergency session, and get the help you need. Schedule by email within four hours. I can help.
